Pharmnova, a company part of Gatronova Group , we are seeking an experienced General Manager – Plant to lead our end-to-end capsule manufacturing plant operations based in Landhi industrial area and play a pivotal role in our journey towards world-class manufacturing, operational reliability, and export readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Production, Production Planning, Engineering, Maintenance, and Utilities.

• Drive production efficiency, equipment reliability and OEE, yield optimization, and on-time-in-full (OTIF) delivery.

• Ensure stringent adherence to GMP/cGMP, SOPs, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Champion continuous improvement through Lean, 5S, Kaizen, TPM, and root cause analysis.

• Optimize manufacturing costs, resource utilization, energy efficiency, and CAPEX.

• Build a strong leadership pipeline and develop high-performing plant teams.

What We’re Looking For:

• A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, Electrical Engineering, Pharmacy or equivalent .

• 12 to15+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably in pharmaceutical or other GMP-regulated industries.

• At least 5 years of senior plant or manufacturing leadership experience.

• Proven expertise in Production, Engineering, Maintenance, Utilities, and operational excellence.

• Strong exposure to regulatory audits, quality systems, and measurable manufacturing improvements.
