General Manager – Port / Terminal Operations

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager to lead the overall business and operational performance of a port or container terminal. The successful candidate will oversee strategic planning, operational excellence, financial performance, commercial growth, and stakeholder relationships to ensure safe, efficient, and sustainable terminal operations.

This role requires a strong executive leader with a proven track record in port and terminal management, logistics, shipping, or other large-scale, asset-intensive operations.

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Manila: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
