General Manager Civil (Residential)

Key Responsibilities:

• Overall execution of residential construction projects.
• Plan and monitor civil works from excavation to finishing.
• Manage project timelines, quality, cost and safety.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors and vendors.
• Supervise RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing and finishing works.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications and standards.
• Manage contractors, site teams and manpower.
• Monitor project budgets, material consumption and productivity.
• Identify and resolve construction-related issues.
• Prepare MIS and progress reports for management.
