General Manager - Projects

The General Manager Projects will be responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale real estate projects. This leadership role will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and regulatory standards. The GM will oversee multiple project teams, drive innovation, and ensure seamless coordination across all stakeholders, contributing directly to the organization s growth and reputation.

Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and industry best practices.

3. Financial & Budgetary Control

Develop and monitor project budgets to ensure financial discipline.

Conduct value engineering to maximize ROI on projects.

4. Stakeholder Management

Maintain effective communication and collaboration between internal departments, contractors, architects, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
