We're Hiring | General Manager Purchasing

**💰 Salary:** IDR 20,000,000 – 30,000,000/month

We are seeking an experienced **General Manager Purchasing** to lead our procurement function in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for developing procurement strategies, leading the purchasing team, managing supplier partnerships, optimizing procurement costs, and ensuring a stable supply of raw materials and packaging materials to support business operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the entire purchasing department and procurement strategy.
• Manage the procurement of raw materials, packaging materials, and other operational requirements.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with strategic suppliers.
• Lead price negotiations, contract management, and supplier performance evaluations.
• Ensure continuous material availability to support production schedules.
• Develop purchasing budgets and implement cost control initiatives.
• Work closely with Production, Planning, Finance, Quality, and other departments to support operational excellence.
• Analyze market trends, supplier risks, and procurement opportunities to improve business performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of purchasing experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role within in FMCG or food industry
• Proven experience managing procurement of raw materials and packaging materials.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills.
• Solid understanding of supply chain management and procurement best practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
