What You’ll Own

Build & Develop Your Team

• Recruit, train, coach, and retain a high-performing restaurant team.

• Develop managers and hourly employees through consistent feedback, recognition, and accountability.

• Build a strong leadership bench and prepare team members for future opportunities.

• Create a positive culture where people feel supported while still being held to high standards.

Run a Great Restaurant

• Take ownership of daily operations and ensure every shift is positioned for success.

• Maintain high standards around food quality, service, cleanliness, safety, and overall execution.

• Stay visible and engaged during peak periods, leading alongside your team rather than from the office.

• Create consistency through strong systems, preparation, and follow-through.

Drive the Business

• Own restaurant-level P&L performance and understand what drives your results.

• Manage labor, food costs, expenses, scheduling, and overall profitability.

• Analyze sales and operating trends and turn those numbers into actionable plans.

• Identify opportunities to grow the business and improve restaurant performance.

Create Loyal Guests

• Build a hospitality-driven culture where every guest feels welcomed and valued.

• Coach your team to deliver fast, friendly, and consistent experiences.

• Address guest concerns quickly and use feedback as an opportunity to improve.

• Build relationships within the surrounding community and help grow the restaurant beyond its four walls.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of salaried restaurant management experience

• General Manager experience within fast casual, QSR, casual dining, or another high-volume restaurant environment preferred

• Proven ability to hire, coach, develop, and retain strong teams

• Working knowledge of restaurant P&Ls, labor, food cost, scheduling, and controllable expenses

• Strong operational instincts and the ability to maintain standards in a fast-paced environment

• Hands-on leadership style with a genuine passion for hospitality

• Positive, competitive, and accountable approach to leadership

• Ability to create a restaurant that performs at a high level even when you aren’t physically there

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
