MillerBoyz BBQ is looking for a BOLD, HANDS-ON, RESULTS-DRIVEN GENERAL MANAGER to take charge of our Fayetteville location!

We're not looking for someone who simply wants a management title.

Someone who knows how to take control of a shift, motivate a team, keep standards high, and make sure the job gets DONE.

As our General Manager, you will help set the tone for the entire restaurant.

You'll be responsible for leading our team and making sure MillerBoyz BBQ delivers:

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As General Manager, you will:

• Lead the entire restaurant team
• Hire, train, coach, and develop employees
• Create and manage employee schedules
• Make sure every shift is properly staffed and organized
• Set clear expectations and hold employees accountable
• Maintain high standards for food quality and service
• Work closely with our cooks, pit team, grill team, prep team, and cashiers
• Monitor inventory and minimize waste
• Help control food and labor costs
• Oversee opening and closing procedures
• Ensure proper cash-handling procedures
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized restaurant
• Ensure food-safety and sanitation standards are followed
• Handle customer concerns professionally
• Keep the restaurant moving during busy shifts
• Help increase sales and build customer loyalty
• Protect the MillerBoyz BBQ name and reputation

WHAT YOU BRING

• Previous restaurant management experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience supervising and developing employees
• Scheduling and staffing experience
• Knowledge of restaurant operations
• Understanding of food safety and sanitation
• Strong customer-service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Dependability and professionalism
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

COMPENSATION

Competitive salary based on experience and will be discussed during/after interview.
