Benji's is opening in the heart of West Hollywood, bringing together genuine hospitality, exceptional food & drinks, beautiful design, and art, all curated by the top experts from around the world.

We're looking for an experienced General Manager to help lead our opening and build one of Los Angeles' most exciting new spot.

What You'll Do

• Lead the opening and on-going operations of high-volume restaurant
• Recruit, hire, train, and inspire an exceptional team
• Work with ownership and culinary leadership to establish the restaurant’s management structure and staffing plan
• Work with culinary team to organize inventory, storage, vendor relations
• Establish cleaning, maintenance, and facilities procedures
• Develop systems and procedures that drive excellence
• Help coordinate POS setup
• Develop opening-week schedules and contingency staffing plans
• Oversee sourcing and vendor relations of bar program
• Foster a positive, energetic, hospitality-first culture
• Solve problems quickly while keeping calm under pressure

Who You Are

• 3+ years of experience managing a high-volume café or restaurant
• A natural leader who earns respect through action
• Passionate about hospitality and creating unforgettable guest experiences
• Organized, detail-oriented, and highly accountable
• Comfortable coaching, mentoring, and developing teams
• Experienced with scheduling, labor management, inventory, and P&Ls
• Excited by the challenge of opening a new business
• Coffee and/or Bar knowledge is a plus, but leadership and hospitality come first
