General Manager - Restaurant

NOW HIRING — MANAGER
NATIVA COFFEE BAR | New Location

We’re looking for an experienced, reliable, and hands-on Manager to join the opening team at NATIVA Coffee Bar, our second location after Patagonia Coffee House in Hackettstown, NJ.

This is an important leadership position, and we’re looking for someone who can take ownership of the floor, support the team, and help us maintain excellent service and organization from day one.

REQUIRED AVAILABILITY:
Wednesday • Friday • Saturday • Sunday

The ideal candidate should have:

• Previous restaurant, café, or hospitality management experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience supervising and supporting servers, baristas, and bartenders
• Excellent customer-service skills and the ability to handle guest concerns professionally
• Ability to stay organized and lead during busy services
• Experience with opening/closing procedures and daily operations
• Reliable, punctual, responsible, and comfortable taking initiative
• Serving and/or bartending experience is a strong plus
• Weekend availability is required

We’re looking for someone who is not afraid to be hands-on—someone who can lead the team while also jumping in and helping wherever needed.
