We’re looking for a driven, experienced, and hands-on General Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads by example, and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all day-to-day operations of the business
• Lead, train, and motivate staff to maintain high performance standards
• Manage scheduling, labor costs, and overall profitability
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns promptly
• Maintain inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
• Uphold company standards, policies, and health regulations
• Analyze financial performance and implement improvements

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment
• Experience with budgeting, P&L, and cost control
• Passion for hospitality and team development
