Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service quality, and customer experience
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to foster a high-performing team environment
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards, health regulations, and sanitation procedures
• Control inventory levels, monitor food costs, and implement effective inventory management strategies
• Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, sales tracking, and cash handling
• Lead shift management by coordinating front-of-house and kitchen activities to optimize efficiency
• Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide coaching, and facilitate staff training sessions
• Analyze profit and loss statements to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost control
• Maintain excellent customer service standards by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally
• Support catering, banquet, or special event operations as needed to enhance revenue streams

Requirements

• Proven experience in quick service & fast food restaurant management or casual dining environments with supervisory responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of food industry practices including food handling, preparation, and safety protocols
• Hands-on experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; proficient cash handling skills
• Demonstrated ability in managing hospitality teams through effective leadership and communication skills
• Familiarity with inventory control, budgeting, and profit & loss analysis within a restaurant setting
• Excellent team management skills with experience in interviewing, training, and developing staff
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Basic math skills for order accuracy, financial calculations, and reporting purposes
• Culinary or kitchen management experience is highly desirable; fine dining or catering background is a plus
• Strong commitment to food safety standards and customer satisfaction excellence

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
