Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, training, and supervising team members to ensure smooth daily functions.
• Oversee food preparation, cooking processes, and food safety standards to guarantee high-quality offerings that meet health regulations.
• Implement inventory control procedures to minimize waste and optimize stock levels; manage ordering and supply chain logistics effectively.
• Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate cash handling, sales tracking, and reporting.
• Supervise shift management by coordinating schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours, and maintaining operational flow.
• Maintain excellent customer service standards by addressing guest concerns promptly and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
• Conduct staff training sessions on food handling, safety protocols, customer service excellence, and team leadership skills.
• Analyze profit and loss statements to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost reduction; develop strategies to enhance profitability.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and health codes through regular inspections and staff education.
• Support catering events, banquet services, or special functions as needed to diversify revenue streams.

Experience

• Proven management experience in quick service or fast food restaurants with a strong background in casual dining or fine dining environments.
• Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary processes, and kitchen management practices.
• Hands-on experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; proficient in cash handling and sales reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise teams effectively through training, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
• Familiarity with inventory control methods, budgeting procedures, and profit & loss analysis within the food industry.
• Strong leadership skills with excellent managerial communication; capable of motivating teams toward shared goals.
• Prior experience managing hospitality teams in high-volume settings; experience in catering or banquet services is a plus.
• Knowledge of food safety management practices along with certifications related to food handling or sanitation is preferred.
