About the Position

A growing Italian restaurant concept in Nashville is seeking an experienced, professional, and dedicated General Manager to oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations.

We are looking for a hands-on leader who takes ownership, leads by example, and is committed to maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, team performance, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations (FOH & BOH).
• Hire, train, schedule, and manage employees.
• Maintain exceptional customer service and operational standards.
• Control labor costs, inventory, and expenses.
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and food safety.
• Take full responsibility for restaurant performance.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Professional, reliable, and highly motivated.
• Ability to work 55–60 hours weekly, including weekends.
• Hands-on management style with strong attention to detail.
• Seeking a long-term opportunity with a minimum 2-year commitment.
