Job Summary – General Manager | Thai Bird Restaurant

Thai Bird is growing, and we’re looking for an energetic, hospitality-driven General Manager to lead our team and help us continue building something special! We’re passionate about great food, genuine hospitality, strong teamwork, and creating memorable experiences for every guest who walks through our doors.

As General Manager, you’ll oversee daily restaurant operations, lead and develop our team, maintain high standards for food quality and guest service, and drive financial performance. From the kitchen to the dining room, you’ll set the tone for a positive, accountable, and high-energy culture where people take pride in what they do.

We’re looking for a hands-on leader who understands the restaurant business, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and knows how to balance exceptional hospitality with strong operational execution. The ideal candidate brings at least 3 years of leadership or management experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment. A culinary background is preferred, along with a passion for food, a strong understanding of kitchen operations, and a commitment to developing people.

Pay: $48,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
