General Manager - Restaurant

Key Responsibilities

• Drive profitable business performance
• Lead day-to-day restaurant and bar operations with a focus on exceptional guest service
• Recruit, train, coach, and inspire employees
• Maintain high standards for service, cleanliness, food quality, and safety
• Monitor key performance metrics and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
• Ensure team members embody company values and deliver an outstanding guest experience
• Stay knowledgeable about menus, promotions, events, offerings, and guest preferences
• Foster a positive culture built on accountability, teamwork, and respect
• Lead by example through professionalism, strong communication, and a hands-on approach

Qualifications

• 5+ years of restaurant, bar, hospitality, or entertainment venue management experience
• Proven leadership experience in a high-volume environment
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated success in team development and employee engagement
• Ability to multitask, adapt quickly, and solve problems under pressure
• Passion for hospitality, sports, and creating memorable guest experiences
