What You’ll Do

• Lead and inspire your team every shift
• Deliver incredible guest experiences
• Drive sales, control costs, and ensure top performance
• Uphold Mezeh’s Fresh. Bold. Natural. standards
• Be hands-on, not stuck behind a desk — our GMs are operators on the floor, coaching, leading, and working side-by-side with their teams

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of fast-casual management experience
• Strong leadership, financial management, and guest service skills
• ServSafe certified, reliable, and ready to make an impact

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
