Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow across front-of-house and kitchen teams.
• Manage staff recruitment, training, development, and performance evaluations to build a motivated and skilled team.
• Oversee food preparation, cooking processes, and food safety standards to deliver high-quality dining experiences.
• Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, sales tracking, and inventory management.
• Control inventory levels, monitor food costs, and implement effective stock control procedures to maximize profitability.
• Handle cash management duties including cash handling, reconciliation, and financial reporting.
• Maintain compliance with health regulations, food safety protocols, and sanitation standards across all operations.
• Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, provide training on food handling and customer service excellence.
• Analyze profit and loss statements to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency improvements.
• Foster a positive team environment through leadership in supervising shifts, managing customer feedback, and resolving issues promptly.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing quick service or fast food restaurants with a strong background in food industry operations.
• Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen management practices.
• Hands-on experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills.
• Demonstrated ability in inventory control, food safety management, and maintaining sanitation standards.
• Prior experience in fine dining or casual dining environments; banquet or catering experience is a plus.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in team management, staff training & development, and supervising hospitality teams.
• Excellent communication skills for managerial tasks such as interviewing candidates, conducting staff training sessions, and managing customer relations.
• Ability to analyze financial data including budgeting and profit & loss analysis to support business growth.
• Knowledge of culinary practices along with kitchen management expertise; familiarity with managing hospitality teams is essential.
• Flexibility to manage shift schedules effectively while maintaining high standards of service quality.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
