We're bringing an exciting, high-energy, full-service dining concept to Indianapolis, and we're searching for an experienced General Manager to help lead the opening and build a successful restaurant from the ground up!

What You'll Do

• Lead all aspects of daily restaurant operations, including FOH and BOH collaboration
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing management and hourly team
• Establish a strong culture of hospitality, teamwork, and accountability
• Oversee restaurant financials, P&L, labor, food costs, and profitability
• Drive sales, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence
• Maintain exceptional food quality, service standards, and restaurant cleanliness
• Partner with leadership to ensure a successful opening and long-term success
• Create an environment where employees feel supported and guests want to return

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of General Manager experience in a full-service or polished-casual restaurant
• Strong financial acumen, including P&L management, budgeting, and cost controls
• Proven ability to recruit, train, and develop restaurant leaders
• New restaurant opening experience is a strong plus
• A hands-on, guest-focused leadership style
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
