The GM demonstrates and coaches through our company values at every level of the organization. The GM role has a seat at the table and is an integral part of of the weekly Executive Leadership meetings.

- Manage and monitor the venue's P&L, operating budget, labor costs, and cost of goods; present weekly Budget vs. Actual reports to Executive Leadership with a clear plan for any variance.
- Oversee vendor relationships including food suppliers, beverage distributors, and service partners (e.g., Sysco, Ecolab); work with Chief of Staff to negotiate pricing and contracts to manage controllable costs.
- Maintain inventory controls and ordering standards across both FOH and BOH; review usage reports and correct variances in partnership with the Kitchen Manager & Lead Bartender.
- Serve as the primary operational liaison to the Chief of Staff, providing regular updates on team performance, financials, guest trends, and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the Executive Team on key business decisions including pricing, venue policies, and long-term strategic goals.
- Analyze labor costs in relation to show revenue and projected covers; adjust staffing levels to maintain financial targets without compromising service quality.
- Oversee all cash handling procedures including timely bank deposits; work closely with accounting to ensure accurate financial recordkeeping and proper procedures are followed.
- Work with the Events/Booking team to staff and execute private events, buyouts, and off-site activations.

- Lead and facilitate weekly operations team meetings and quarterly all-staff meetings; ensure clear communication on goals, priorities, and accountability across departments.
- Serve as the primary decision-maker during emergencies or significant operational disruptions; take swift action to ensure the safety of staff and guests and restore normal operations.
