General Manager - Restaurant

What You'll Do

• Lead day-to-day operations of the restaurant, front and back of house
• Build, train, and motivate a team that loves coming to work
• Own the guest experience — from first impression to last bite
• Learn the business side (scheduling, ordering, cost management, P&L) with direct training and support from ownership
• Uphold standards for food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety
• Be a visible, engaged leader on the floor — not behind a desk

What You Need

• A genuine passion for restaurants, hospitality, and people — this is non-negotiable
• Some restaurant experience (server, bartender, shift lead, assistant manager — we're flexible)
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and high energy
• Willingness to learn — we will personally train you on everything else
• Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays as the business requires

Prior GM or senior management experience is a plus, but not required. We'd rather train the right person than hire the wrong resume.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
