Grand Restaurant Group is seeking an accomplished, passionate General Manager to lead Nick & G’s in Rancho Santa Fe into an exciting new era.

Following a thoughtful remodel, new menu and upgrades, Nick & G’s is preparing for a highly anticipated grand reopening—and we’re looking for a hospitality leader who wants to be at the center of it. This is more than an opportunity to operate a restaurant; it’s a chance to help reimagine the guest experience, build an exceptional team, and set the standard for what comes next.

Our ideal candidate brings a strong fine-dining background, an instinct for polished yet genuine hospitality, and the leadership presence to inspire a high-performing team. Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
