General Manager - Restaurants

Job Summary

As the General Manager of Popeyes, you will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, driving financial performance, and leading a high-performing team.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve restaurant revenue and profitability goals.
• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, including front-of-house, back-of-house, inventory management, and guest relations.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise restaurant staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and consistency.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and execute local marketing initiatives to attract and retain customers.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
• Collaborate with culinary teams to develop and update menus.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.

Job Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience
• Proven track record of success in driving revenue, managing costs, and improving guest satisfaction.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, including food safety, inventory management, and POS systems.
• Proficiency in financial management and budget analysis.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
