General Manager Service

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage overall service operations and workshop performance
• Achieve service revenue and profitability targets
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and handle escalations
• Monitor service quality, TAT, and productivity
• Lead and manage Service Managers, Advisors, and Technicians
• Ensure compliance with OEM standards and company policies
• Drive AMC, spare parts, and value-added service sales
• Analyze MIS reports and improve performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering (MBA preferred)
• 10–15 years of experience in automobile service
• Strong leadership and team handling skills
• Good knowledge of workshop operations

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
