General Manager - Startups (IndiaAI)

Job Title: General Manager Startups
Project: IndiaAI

Key Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen partnerships with AI startups, investors, incubators, and accelerators.
• Lead startup financing initiatives and support the growth of the AI startup ecosystem under the IndiaAI Mission.
• Collaborate with government ministries, industry partners, and innovation stakeholders to identify and scale AI solutions.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and provide regular updates on project progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's and Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Finance, or a related discipline.

Experience & Skills

• 15+ years of experience, including 6+ years in AI startups, emerging technologies, or innovation ecosystems.
• Experience in startup incubation, venture capital, entrepreneurship, or project management.
• Strong stakeholder management and networking skills.
• Knowledge of AI/ML ecosystem and AI policy is preferred.
