The General Manager (Technology) will serve as the organization’s catalyst for harnessing emerging technologies — from Generative AI to frontier digital platforms — to transform everyday industry workflows into intelligent, efficient, and scalable solutions. Reporting to the CTO, with a dotted line to the MD, this role is designed for a leader who is industry‑agnostic, experimental by nature, and pragmatic in delivery.

• Strategic Partnership : Collaborate closely with the CTO and MD to align technology initiatives with organizational vision and growth.
• Thought Leadership : Represent the organization externally as a voice of practical innovation, showcasing how emerging technologies can reshape industries.

Who You Are

• Experience : 10+ years of proven track record in building and scaling technology products and platforms.
• Technology Depth : Hands‑on expertise with Generative AI, machine learning, cloud‑native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP), automation frameworks, and modern data platforms.
• Innovation Track Record : Known for experimenting with emerging technologies and converting them into scalable, enterprise‑ready solutions.
• Pragmatic Visionary : Able to balance bold, forward‑looking ideas with operational execution and measurable outcomes.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset : Curious by nature, relentless in pursuit of efficiency and transformation.
• Leadership Style : Comfortable leading small, agile engineering teams while also influencing at the executive level.
