General Manager - Two Wheeler Service

1. Operations & Workshop Management

• Oversee day-to-day service operations, including job card opening, bay allocation, technical quality checks, and timely vehicle delivery.
• Monitor floor productivity, technician efficiency, and work-in-progress (WIP) vehicles to minimize turnaround time (TAT).
• Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with supply chain teams to prevent vehicle backlogs due to parts unavailability.

2. Financial & P&L Accountability

• Develop and manage annual departmental budgets, operating expenses, and monthly financial targets.
• Track Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, labor sales, accessory sales, and warranty claim settlements to maximize gross margins.
• Implement cost-control measures without compromising service quality or workplace safety.

3. Team Leadership & Development

• Lead, mentor, and evaluate Service Managers, Service Advisors, Shop Foremen, and technicians.
• Conduct periodic training programs on emerging technologies, including EV (Electric Vehicle) architecture, diagnostics, and OEM guidelines.
• Foster a high-performance culture, manage staffing levels, and handle performance appraisals.

4. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) & Compliance

• Drive high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores and manage escalations or complex customer grievances.
• Monitor repeat-repair ratios and institute corrective quality control measures.
• Ensure strict adherence to OEM compliance protocols, statutory safety requirements, and environmental standards.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
