About the Role

We are looking for an experienced technical leader to oversee yard infrastructure, plant maintenance, technical services, and operational excellence at our shipyard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead plant maintenance, civil infrastructure, utilities, and technical services.
• Oversee HSE, safety, environmental compliance, and quality management.
• Drive industrial engineering, process improvement, and operational efficiency.
• Manage CAPEX, OPEX, budgets, and infrastructure development projects.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and applicable ISO standards.
• Lead cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Candidate Profile:

• 20+ years of experience in technical operations, engineering, maintenance, or infrastructure management.
• Experience in shipbuilding, heavy engineering, or similar industries preferred.
• Strong leadership, project management, budgeting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven track record in safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
