About The Role As General Manager, Zone 3, you'll lead operations across the Outback Hotel & Lodge, Contractors Village, Campground, Coach Campground and Residents Club, overseeing a unique mix of accommodation, food and beverage, campground and village operations. You'll be responsible for driving operational excellence, commercial performance and exceptional guest and resident experiences across the zone

This is a highly visible leadership role where you'll drive operational performance, develop future leaders and oversee a diverse portfolio of businesses. You'll balance commercial outcomes, team engagement and guest satisfaction while helping shape the ongoing success of Zone 3.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Lead hotel, campground and food & beverage operations
• Drive financial performance, revenue and cost management
• Develop and support high-performing leadership teams
• Deliver exceptional guest and employee experiences
• Build strong community, industry and stakeholder relationships

About You You're an experienced hospitality leader who thrives in complex operations and enjoys developing people, improving performance and leading from the front.
