Assistant Manager Responsibilities:

• Support the GM in daily store operations
• Lead and motivate team members
• Ensure high-quality food and service
• Assist in inventory, scheduling, and training
• Step into the GM role as needed
• This role provides direct access to promotion to the GM position when opportunity arises

General Manager Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of store performance
• Drive sales and profitability goals
• Recruit, train, and develop top talent
• Manage inventory, labor, and food costs
• Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction
• Leadership experience in a restaurant or retail setting
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Passion for customer service and team development
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
• (For GM) 1+ year of General Manager experience preferred

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
