Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and strategic General Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of business operations, ensuring sustainable growth and operational excellence. This pivotal role requires a dynamic leader with a passion for management, financial acumen, and team development. As the key executive responsible for overall business management, you will inspire teams, manage profit and loss statements, and implement innovative solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Duties

• Develop and execute comprehensive strategic plans to achieve company objectives, growth targets, and operational excellence.
• Lead the management team in setting clear goals, monitoring performance metrics, and driving accountability across departments.
• Oversee financial management activities including profit & loss analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and data-driven decision making to maximize profitability.
• Manage business development initiatives to expand market presence, increase sales, and improve customer service standards.
• Implement process improvements utilizing lean management principles to streamline operations and reduce waste.
• Supervise project management efforts ensuring timely delivery of initiatives aligned with strategic priorities.
• Foster a positive organizational culture through effective managerial communication, team development, leadership coaching, and supervising experience.
• Oversee operational management functions including sales strategies, customer service excellence, and process optimization to ensure seamless business operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in management roles with a strong background in business management, operational oversight, and team leadership.
• Demonstrated expertise in profit & loss analysis, financial management, and data analysis using Excel or similar tools.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams toward common goals.
• Excellent managerial communication skills with experience in executive-level team management and supervising teams.
• Knowledge of sales strategies, customer service standards, and process improvement methodologies such as lean management.
• Ability to develop strategic plans based on data-driven insights while fostering team development and leadership skills.
• Prior experience in business development or expanding organizational reach is highly desirable.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
