About the role

We are seeking a General Manager - Education Technical and Technology to join Abenson Ventures, Inc. in Quezon City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position offering strategic leadership over our education, technical and technology initiatives. As General Manager, you will oversee the development, delivery and management of our vocational training programmes, ensuring alignment with industry standards and organisational objectives. This role is pivotal to our growth trajectory and requires a visionary leader who can drive operational excellence whilst fostering innovation in our technical and technology education offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for education technical and technology programmes, ensuring alignment with company goals and market demands
• Oversee the design, delivery and continuous improvement of vocational training curricula and courses
• Manage budget allocation, resource planning and financial performance of the education division
• Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing team of educators, trainers and technical specialists
• Establish and maintain partnerships with industry stakeholders, educational institutions and technology providers
• Monitor programme quality, learner outcomes and satisfaction metrics to ensure excellence
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in vocational education
• Identify emerging trends in technology and education to keep programmes current and relevant
• Report on programme performance, outcomes and strategic initiatives to senior leadership
