Madhouse Harley-Davidson is looking for energetic, customer-focused associates to join our MotorClothes team. If you enjoy helping people, take pride in a well-run sales floor, and are excited to learn about Harley-Davidson apparel and gear, we’d like to meet you. Harley-Davidson experience is welcome, but it isn’t required.

What you’ll do

• Help customers find apparel, riding gear, and accessories that fit their needs and style
• Learn the products and make useful recommendations
• Keep merchandise stocked, organized, and appealing
• Work with the team to meet sales goals and deliver excellent customer service
• Take part in training and coaching as you grow in the role

What we’re looking for

• A positive attitude and a willingness to take initiative
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliability and availability to work weekends
• An interest in the Harley-Davidson brand and culture—you don’t need to ride

Pay and benefits

• Starting pay of $14–$16 per hour, depending on experience
• A transition to commission-based pay after training
