The Office Clerk will perform a variety of clerical and administrative duties to ensure the smooth operation of the office. Key Responsibilities

• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and files
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
• Assist with scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars
• Prepare, organize, and file documents and reports
• Receive and distribute mail and deliveries
• Maintain a clean and organized office environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
