General Operations Assistant

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented General Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations, ensuring efficient workflow, and providing exceptional customer service. This position requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in data entry, and the ability to manage various administrative tasks within a dynamic environment. Warehousing with Shipping and receiving duties are required and Forklift experience is an asset.

Duties

• Provide outstanding customer support through effective communication and phone etiquette.
• Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
• Assist with administrative duties such as filing, typing documents, and maintaining organized records.
• Manage phone systems to handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote a productive environment.
• Shipping Receiving duties and housekeeping tasks.

Experience

• Previous experience in a customer support role is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft systems for data entry and record management.
• Warehousing and Shipping / Receiving experience
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills are essential for success in this role.

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
