General Operations Assistant

We are looking for a responsible and flexible General Operations Assistant to support the company's daily operational activities. The candidate should be willing to take on different tasks, provide assistance where needed and ensure that assigned duties are completed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operational activities and provide general support to the team.
• Handle transportation, delivery and collection duties when required.
• Assist with customer-related matters and provide support to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Carry out routine checks and assist in maintaining operational standards.
• Assist with inventory monitoring, stocktaking and replenishment of supplies.
• Coordinate with relevant personnel to ensure daily tasks are completed smoothly.
• Travel to different work locations when required to support operational needs.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the superior.

Requirements

• Possess a valid driving licence and be comfortable with driving duties.
• Responsible, reliable and willing to learn.
• Able to multitask and adapt to different work requirements.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to travel to different locations as required.
• Previous experience in operations, administration or customer service will be an advantage.
