General Operative

Know How Resourcing are seeking a dedicated and proactive General Operative to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility by performing various tasks that support production and maintenance activities. This position requires a hands-on approach, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the daily operations of the facility, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
• Loading and unloading containers.
• Carry out routine inspections and maintenance of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Alocating products into locations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the work area to promote a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Report any issues or concerns regarding equipment or processes to management promptly.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
• Basic understanding of health and safety regulations in a workplace setting.
• Physical stamina to perform manual tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
