General Operative

Job Title: General Operative

Reports to: Operational Manager

Qualifications /Experience:

• Educated to Leaving Certificate or similar preferred.
• Previous experience in a similar role/industry preferred although full training will be provided.
• Counterbalance forklift licence is desirable but not a requirement.
• Friendly, flexible and be willing to work as part of a team.
• Good organisation and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and show initiative.

Key Responsibilities

The principal duties and responsibilities of a General Operative are to ensure all processes related to the activity are undertaken in accordance with our practices, procedures, and quality system, safely and without error.

Duties

• Picking, packing, and processing orders on our ERP system.
• Maintain a high level of picking accuracy.
• Conduct and perform cycle counts when required.
• Perform goods inwards duties.
• Maintain a clean working environment in the warehouse.
• Previous experience in a similar environment is desirable but not essential as full training will be given.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Full Irish Driving License is desirable but not a requirement.
• Good English speaking is required.
• Other adhoc duties.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: €29,250.00 per year
