General Operative

Job Title : - General Operative The role would suit someone with a factory/ manual working background. We are looking to fill the role of general operative in our candle factory which requires working within the existing production team. Following inhouse training, the normal duties include making candles on the various candle production lines, as well as finishing and wrapping and packaging the candles. The company operates a policy of rotation which allows staff to build up experience across a range of job functions in the production area. This is a permanent full time position which is based in our factory in Tullamore, Co Offaly. Key requirements: - Works with a professional, courteous manner at all times - Candidate should have a positive and friendly personality with a strong work ethic. - A team player - Previous experience in a factory environment is desirable but not essential Responsibilities include: - Making candles on in-house production lines - Wrapping and packaging finished candles - Working within the company Health & Safety guidelines - Working within the team environment - Operating warehouse equipment such as pallet wrappers etc ( training provided) - Learning to decorate candles This is an opportunity to work with an experienced team in a well established company. Job type : Full time permanent Pay : € 30,000 to € 33,000 per year Location: Tullamore, Co Offaly Language : English ( Fluent) Work Authorisation : Ireland ( required)

Pay: €14.15-€16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38.75 per week
