General Operative

Hodgins Sausages Ltd is a leading meat processing company seeking enthusiastic and reliable General Operatives to join our Production Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Work across a variety of production lines to ensure products are manufactured efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
• Operate machinery and production equipment safely and effectively.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and quality procedures at all times.
• Perform product checks with a strong attention to detail.
• Support the team in achieving daily production targets.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.

About You

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
• Previous experience in food manufacturing or production is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
