Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM–6:00 PM, and Saturday, 7:00 AM–1:00 PM, subject to confirmation

Main Responsibilities

As a General Operative at the Lime Plant, your duties may include:

• Assisting with the daily operation of the lime production plant.
• Monitoring production processes and reporting any irregularities to the supervisor.
• Loading, moving and handling raw materials and finished lime products as required.
• Assisting with the operation of production equipment and machinery, following appropriate training.
• Carrying out routine cleaning of work areas and keeping the plant clean and organised.
• Checking equipment and reporting faults, damage or maintenance requirements.
• Following production procedures to help maintain product quality and operational efficiency.
• Safely handling materials and following all manual handling procedures.
• Wearing the required personal protective equipment and complying with health and safety regulations.
• Working closely with colleagues and supervisors to meet daily production targets.
• Maintaining a safe working environment and reporting any hazards or incidents promptly.
