Flexsource are currently recruiting for a General Operator in Annacotty Co.Limerick

Position: General Operator

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support the TQM process.
• Set up, process, and inspect materials for departmental operations.
• Move raw materials from the warehouse to production workstations.
• Operate, set up, and process production machinery.
• Meet production, GMP, and ISO 9000 standards.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organised work environment.
• Accurately collect, verify, and record production and quality data.
• Ensure all process documentation is completed correctly.
• Perform additional duties as required.

Skills & Experience

• Leaving Certificate or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a General Operative role within a GMP environment.
• Experience operating machinery and processing materials.
• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Legible handwriting and basic computer skills for data entry.
• Forklift experience is advantageous.

Working Hours

• Monday to Thursday: 8:00am to 4:30pm
• Friday: 7:00am to 3:30pm

Package

• €15.50 per hour, with a 2% annual increase
• Company pension contribution of 4%
• 21 days annual leave, plus Christmas Eve and Good Friday
• Company-funded contribution of 70% towards Laya Healthcare
