Position Title:  General Paralegal

Location: Washington, DC

Clearance Requirements: Top Secret

Salary Range: Upto $85,000.00 Annually

Position Description:

Seeking a highly skilled Senior General Paralegal to support federal government and defense projects. This role involves comprehensive legal research, document review, and assisting attorneys across all litigation phases. The ideal candidate will have trial experience, a Top Secret clearance, and strong knowledge of federal and state courts, legal research tools, and e-discovery procedures. This on-site position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a high-stakes environment, contributing to national defense and cybersecurity initiatives through legal excellence and meticulous attention to detail.

Top Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of litigation paralegal experience with trial experience

• Active Top Secret clearance

• Proven ability in legal research, document review, and assisting with all litigation phases

• Experience with federal and state court systems, legal research tools like LexisNexis and Westlaw

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with legal and e-discovery software
