Description

• Provide strategic financial advice and direction to clients.
• Oversee the preparation and review of financial reports and statements.
• Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Lead and develop a team of accounting professionals.
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
• Identify business growth opportunities and support clients in achieving their goals.
• Monitor and improve internal financial processes and controls.
• Collaborate with other partners to shape the firm's strategic direction.
• Actively contribute to winning new business for the firm.

Profile

A Successful General Practice Partner Should Have

• A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
• Strong experience in accounting and finance within the accountancy industry.
• Proven ability to manage and develop a team effectively.
• Excellent client relationship management skills.
• Thorough understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• The ability to identify and pursue business opportunities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Offer

• Competitive salary of £80,000 - £90,000, dependent on the level of experience.
