  • Provide comprehensive GP consultations for adults and children.
  • Assess and manage acute illnesses, chronic medical conditions and urgent presentations.
  • Deliver safe and effective management of minor injuries and emergency presentations within the scope of the clinic.
  • Perform minor clinical procedures, where appropriately trained and competent.
  • Interpret diagnostic investigations, including laboratory results, ECGs and ambulatory monitoring.
  • Provide preventative healthcare, health assessments and chronic disease management.
  • Coordinate specialist referrals and appropriate hospital transfers.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure continuity of care.

Clinical Leadership Responsibilities (where applicable)

  • Provide clinical leadership and professional guidance within the clinic.
  • Support the development and implementation of clinical protocols and patient safety standards.
  • Contribute to clinical governance, quality improvement and clinical audits.
  • Support and mentor medical colleagues and other clinical team members.
  • Work closely with the Clinical Director and management team.
  • Participate in service planning, clinical operations and future clinic development.
  • Support the management of a GMS patient panel where applicable and appropriately contracted.

Candidate RequirementsEssential

  • Relevant experience in General Practice, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine or Urgent Care.
  • Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage a diverse range of acute and chronic presentations independently and safely.
  • Excellent communication and patient-centred consultation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

We offer a highly competitive remuneration package to attract and retain experienced medical professionals.

Annual Salary: €120,000–€160,000

Salary will be determined according to qualifications, experience, agreed clinical sessions and leadership responsibilities.
