General Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated and patient-focused General Practitioner to join our team. This role involves delivering high-quality primary care in a clinic setting, with opportunities to conduct home visits where required, while ensuring a seamless and patient-centred care experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services, including the diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic medical conditions
• Conduct home visits where required, delivering care in a safe and professional manner
• Perform clinical assessments, develop appropriate treatment plans, and ensure continuity of care through follow-up consultations
• Provide medical advice, medication management, and preventive healthcare services
• Collaborate closely with the clinical team to ensure coordinated and holistic patient management
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in compliance with MOH guidelines and clinical standards

Requirements

• Fully registered with the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) with a valid Practising Certificate
• Experience in primary care, family medicine, acute care, or general practice preferred
• Demonstrates professionalism, empathy, and sound clinical judgement in independent decision-making
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centric approach
