Workload/Work Environment

• 2-4 days/wk
• No on call
• Aiming to expand slightly and get rid of our waiting list.
• Sprinkling of acute medicine and trauma added to your more routine work.
• Fellow or Registrar, (we have one of each).
• Heidi A1 option available and funded.
• Supportive of training, teaching and outside interests, one doctor works in rugby and the other is a keen fisherman.
• Option for taking up to 3m unpaid leave for those who want to travel Asia/sail/return to family in European Summer.
• Contractor or Employee (if employee, includes MCNZ, APC, CME)
• PRIME practice – chance to up skill if you want – no obligation to attend call outs.
• Most patients get next working day routine appointment.
• Patient variation – Q1-5
