About the role

Eirene Clinic is seeking a General Practitioner to join our healthcare team on a casual basis. This is an excellent opportunity to provide primary healthcare services in a patient-centred environment at our clinic located in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga. As a General Practitioner, you will be at the forefront of patient care, diagnosing and treating a wide range of acute and chronic conditions, whilst maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence and compassionate care.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient consultations and medical examinations to diagnose and treat common illnesses and injuries
• Develop and implement individualised treatment plans tailored to patient needs
• Prescribe appropriate medications and medical treatments in accordance with clinical guidelines
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient medical records and documentation
• Provide health education and preventative care advice to patients
• Refer patients to specialist services when necessary
• Collaborate with pharmacy staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as required
• Adhere to all relevant healthcare regulations, infection control protocols and professional standards

What we're looking for

• Valid medical degree and licence to practise as a General Practitioner in the Philippines
• Current registration with the Philippine Medical Association or equivalent regulatory body
• Proven clinical experience in general practice or primary care settings
• Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build rapport with patients from diverse backgrounds
• Knowledge of common medical conditions and evidence-based treatment protocols
• Proficiency in medical record-keeping and electronic health record systems
• Professional demeanour and commitment to patient confidentiality and ethical practice
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic healthcare environment
• Fluency in English and Filipino languages (preferred)
