Responsibilities

· Deliver comprehensive and compassionate medical care, focusing on accurate diagnosis, effective treatment, and preventive health measures.

· Drive clinical operations, ensuring compliance with all healthcare regulations and organisational standards while promoting a culture of excellence.

· Innovate by developing and implementing clinical protocols and best practices that elevate patient outcomes and enhance the quality of care.

· Conduct regular performance evaluations through clinical audits and support ongoing professional development.

· Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient interactions and treatments, ensuring a seamless patient experience.

· Collaborate closely with specialists and other healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive patient care.

· Engage with the community through outreach and education initiatives encouraging health awareness and preventive care measures.

· Stay at the forefront of medical advancements and integrate cutting-edge practices into your patient care strategies.

Requirements

· MBBS or equivalent medical degree.

· Full registration with GMC.

· Certification of completion of training (JCPTGP/PMETB)

· MRCGP.

· Inclusion on Performers List (English).

· A minimum of 5 years of experience in general practice, with proven leadership experience that showcases your ability to inspire others.

· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine ability to build rapport with patients and staff.

· A proven track record of managing multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.

· A steadfast commitment to continuous learning, personal growth, and excellence.

· Experience in clinical audit and governance and improving care for patients.

· Committed to working as part of a multi-disciplinary primary care team.

· Openness to exploring alternative and innovative working practices.

Pay: From £120.00 per hour
