About the role

This role involves conducting health assessments and medical aesthetic consultations, developing appropriate treatment plans based on patient health, skin condition, and needs. You will perform Skin Booster and botulinum toxin injections within the physician's authorized scope of practice and clinical standards, interpret routine health screening reports and laboratory results, and assess suitability for IV therapy while monitoring treatment and managing adverse reactions. You will support daily clinic operations, coordinate communication between doctors, nursing staff, consultants, and reception staff, and oversee the implementation of clinic hygiene standards, infection control, aseptic practices, and clinical and service SOPs.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct basic health assessments and medical aesthetic consultations, developing appropriate treatment plans based on each patient's health, skin condition, and needs
• Perform Skin Booster and botulinum toxin injections competently, within the physician's authorized scope of practice and clinical standards
• Interpret routine health screening reports and laboratory results, providing advice based on medical history, symptoms, and lifestyle, with further investigations or referrals when necessary
• Assess suitability for IV therapy, screen for contraindications, monitor treatment, and recognize and manage adverse reactions
• Support daily clinic operations and coordinate communication between doctors, nursing staff, consultants, and reception staff to ensure smooth patient care
• Oversee the implementation of clinic hygiene standards, infection control, aseptic practices, and clinical and service SOPs
• Manage patient communication, treatment expectations, follow-up care, and service concerns to improve patient satisfaction and trust
• Work toward agreed performance targets, including consultation conversion, appropriate treatment uptake, and patient retention, while maintaining patient safety, ethical practice, and informed choice
• Maintain accurate medical records and participate in staff training, case discussions, and service quality improvement

About you

• A recognized medical degree, with valid registration and the licenses required to practice locally
• At least 2 years of clinical experience in medical aesthetics, preferably in an aesthetic clinic
• Proficiency in Skin Booster and botulinum toxin injections, including patient assessment, safe administration, and post-treatment care
• Sound knowledge of facial anatomy, injection safety, and the recognition and management of common complications, with good aesthetic judgment
• Experience in clinic operations or team coordination, with the ability to implement hygiene standards, infection control measures, and SOPs
• Strong patient communication and cross-functional coordination skills, with the ability to handle patient feedback and resolve teamwork issues professionally
• Knowledge of basic health management and the ability to interpret routine health screening reports and laboratory results; experience in nutrition and wellness is an advantage
• Understanding of IV therapy indications, contraindications, safety requirements, and adverse reaction management
• A results-oriented mindset and willingness to take responsibility for agreed performance targets while upholding appropriate clinical care and professional ethics
• Strong accountability, teamwork, and commitment to continuous learning and internal training
