Role Description The General Practitioner at MantraCare will provide remote, part-time primary care and telehealth consultations to a diverse population across multiple geographies. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting virtual assessments, diagnosing and managing common medical conditions, prescribing appropriate treatments, and coordinating care with specialists and other members of the clinical team. The role involves collaborating with AI-supported tools for triage and follow-up, reviewing clinical data, and ensuring evidence-based, patient-centered care. The General Practitioner will also contribute to patient education, preventive care initiatives, and quality improvement activities within MantraCare’s integrated digital health ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical foundation in Medicine and Primary Care, with the ability to manage a broad range of common conditions in a telehealth setting.
• Experience or training in Family Medicine, with a focus on continuity of care and holistic, person-centered practice.
• Collaborative experience working alongside Nursing professionals and multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated care.
• Background in Training, mentoring, or educating patients and/or healthcare professionals on preventive care and chronic disease management.
• Current medical degree (MD/DO or equivalent) and valid license to practice as a General Practitioner in relevant jurisdiction(s); board certification preferred where applicable.
• Prior experience in telemedicine or digital health platforms, with comfort using AI-enabled tools and electronic health records.
• Excellent communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to build rapport with patients in a fully remote environment.
• Reliable internet access, appropriate remote workspace, and flexibility to work part time across different time zones when needed.
